One year ago
Today marks the one-year anniversary of Madeleine's diagnosis. I've been thinking a lot about what I would write today. I've decided that I've said everything that there is to be said, and I don't feel the need to put more of it into words. I'll leave you instead with a photo slideshow of the past year. I hope you like it.

Auntie Ericka loves you precious baby girl... you and your momma and daddy have been so brave. you make me remember what is important in life and teach us all to appreciate what we have - one day I'll teach you how to drive "stick". fair trade?
